Cookie Policy
1. What Is a Cookie?
Cookies are small text files saved to your browser when you visit a website. Otoroto uses only necessary (mandatory) cookies to provide the core functions of the service.
2. Cookies We Use
- Session cookie (
oturum): A mandatory cookie used to keep the business owner logged in. It is created only when you log in, is HttpOnly, and becomes invalid when your session ends. - Language/session preference: May be used to preserve your preferred language and display settings.
At present, no advertising or third-party tracking cookies are used.
3. Measurement and Tracking
- Business page statistics: We measure how many times a business page has been viewed and which button (call, WhatsApp, website, directions) was clicked as a total count. This measurement uses no cookies and stores no personal data; they are merely anonymous counters.
- Newsletter emails: If you subscribe to our newsletter, we measure whether the sent email was opened and whether the link inside it was clicked (standard open/click tracking in email marketing). If you do not want this measurement, you can use the “Unsubscribe” link in the emails.
4. Managing Cookies
You can delete or block cookies from your browser settings. However, if you block the mandatory session cookie, you may not be able to log in to the business panel.
