1. Description of the Service

Otoroto is an online directory that lists automotive service businesses across Türkiye (washing, servicing, tires, inspection, bodywork, etc.) by category and province. The platform connects users with the relevant businesses; it does not act as an intermediary between businesses and is not a party to the services provided.

2. Membership and Account

As a business owner you can create an account, add and manage your business. You are responsible for the confidentiality of your account information and for the transactions carried out through your account. You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information.

3. Obligations of Business Owners

The business information added must be accurate, up to date and genuine.
Misleading content, brands/images belonging to others or content that constitutes an infringement of rights may not be added.
Content that is unlawful, defamatory or that infringes the rights of third parties is prohibited.
Otoroto reserves the right to review, suspend or remove records that violate the rules.

4. Intellectual Property

The design and software of the platform and the “Otoroto” brand belong to Otoroto. Ownership of the content uploaded by business owners belongs to the relevant business, and a right of use is deemed to have been granted to Otoroto to publish such content on the Platform.

5. Limitation of Liability

The business information in the directory is largely compiled from business owners or publicly available sources. Otoroto is not responsible for the quality, accuracy or outcomes of the services offered by the listed businesses. Any commercial relationship established with the businesses is between the user and the business.

6. Changes

Otoroto may update these terms and the scope of the service with or without prior notice. The current version is published on this page.

7. Governing Law

These terms are subject to the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The courts and enforcement offices of the Republic of Türkiye have jurisdiction over disputes.
